Transforming Lives One Classroom At A Time

As we approach the end of the school year, we must take this time to recognize the vital role teachers play in our everyday lives. For nine months out of the year, educators work around the clock to provide students with an educational platform that will drive their futures. For this reason, teachers must have access to classroom materials necessary to shape and inspire the lives of their pupils. Unfortunately, the reality is that most teachers lack the resources to do so and often have to collect the supplies themselves. 

According to a survey from the Department of Education, 94% of public school teachers in the United States reported paying for supplies without reimbursement. Limited funds have pushed teachers to seek outside funds for classroom projects. 

Here at Considine Sharer & Associates, we admire the sacrifices educators in our community make every day to provide a quality learning environment for our children. For the next three months, we will dedicate our cause campaign to helping classrooms in need so that students in every community have the materials and experiences necessary for a great education.
