Donn Sharer and Bob Considine, co-owners of the Sharer & Associates insurance agency in Forked River, recently revealed the secrets of their success in a number of charity efforts the partners have undertaken since joining the national #AgentsOfChange charity support network.
“Every quarter, we work on behalf of a new cause, program or charity effort in our community that makes a positive difference for people in our area,” said Sharer. Over the last several years, the agency has supported a wide range of causes, from assisting local families in financial crisis to providing special care for children struggling with disabilities.
“There’s really no secret to the success of our charity campaigns,” said Bob Considine. “We encourage our community to get involved.” Sharer & Associates encourages community involvement by offering to make a donation on behalf of any resident who refers in a friend or family member for a complimentary insurance proposal. “We have consistently been humbled by how much the people in our area are willing to help,” said Sharer.
