I am a licensed Architect since 1985 and a member of the American Institute of Architects and a registered Professional Planner since 1986 in the State of New Jersey. I deal with all facets of Commercial, Industrial, and Residential Design and Planning. My specialty over the past 35 years has been with Office Space Planning for Tenant Spaces. I have a long rapport with many Commercial Building Owners, Brokers, and Building Managers that have been ongoing for 35 years. I also have relationships with many Residential Contractors and concentrate on residential projects in the Beach Haven West and Long Beach Island areas of the Jersey shore.
