Donn Sharer

Donn Sharer is the president and agency owner of Sharer & Associates Inc. Donn graduated with a BS in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and continued on to earn an MBA in strategic management from the University of Minnesota. Believing it is important to be a “student of the business,” he holds several designations, including Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Certified in Long Term Care (CLTC).
Donn is also an active member of our community. He is the Secretary of the Board of Directors for Achilles International and serves as a mentor for Menttium, a group dedicated to the development of promising women executives worldwide. Locally, he is a member of both the Monroe and Monmouth County Chambers of Commerce.
Donn has composed a team of knowledgeable specialists ready to work with our clients to explore what is important to them and to help them bring clarity, simplicity, and peace of mind to their financial lives.

Bob Considine

Bob is a graduate of Boston College and has twenty years of experience in the insurance industry. He founded and built the Considine Financial Group (Bayville, NJ) into a Premier Service Agency. In 2012, he joined forces with Sharer & Associates, Inc (Millstone Twp, NJ) to take over the agency in Lacey, NJ (formerly, the Richard Dawkins Agency, LLC) and merge the Bayville and Lacey operations into a new Lacey office. This new agency was named Considine Sharer & Associates. Bob is a life-long resident of Lacey Township. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with family. He is also heavily involved in his community, working as a soccer and basketball coach as well as the Youth Activities Director for the Lacey Elks.

Robin has been a member of our team since 2005. She graduated with a BA in economics from Yale University and went on to earn an MBA from the University of Minnesota. Her background in commodity trading gives her a solid understanding of managing risk and her experience in retail product management helps in making sure our client needs are met.
Robin has lived in the area since 1998 and is an active member of the community; she is involved with the local Girl Scouts and Parents Association. As our office manager, Robin believes that our client’s come first, and she is dedicated to making sure you and your family are properly covered!
Patti Tutalo

Patti is a graduate of Lacey Township High School. From there, she went on to the Atlantic School of Insurance. Patti began working for our Allstate team in 2007. She enjoys making sure our customers get their questions answered and have the coverage that meets their individual needs. Patti has lived in Forked River her entire life. During her time away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, photography, camping, and other outdoor activities.
Deena Brandmahl

Deena graduated from High School East in Toms River and then from Brick Computer Science Institute. She excels at customer service and making sure our customers are getting what they need. She has been with Allstate since 2003. Prior to working for Allstate, Deena worked for three other insurance agencies. She has been a resident of Forked River for the past twelve years. In her spare time, Deena enjoys helping out the Lacey Soccer Club, spending time with her family, boating, and crabbing.

Liz graduated with a Bachelor of Science in marketing from St. John’s University in New York and has been in the insurance industry since 2000. Liz has been a resident of New Jersey for 25 years and she has seen many changes in the local community. When not in the office, Liz enjoys spending time with her family, running, and reading books. As our resident client service expert, Liz is prepared to help you get the right protection for the right price and guarantees client satisfaction.
Ashley Dering
Administrative SpecialistA long-time Forked River resident, Ashley graduated from Stockton University with a bachelor’s degree in business studies with a concentration in accounting. As our administrative specialist, her responsibilities include customer service, along with an assortment of administrative tasks that support the efforts of agency associates in sales and marketing roles. When away from the office, Ashley’s hobbies include art, camping, and international travel.
