On the surface this may not seem like a big surprise because we are...well...an insurance agency & every insurance agency will profess to do this.
We believe we’re different because:
- Unlike other insurance companies who tout saving you money in 15 minutes, we actually take the time to understand your needs & lifestyle before recommending insurance coverage. Sadly, we find that 15 minutes is often only enough time reduce your coverage and increase your risk.
- We put the client of at the center of everything we do. Every single person at our agency is focused squarely on the client which may be why nearly half of our new clients are referred to us by satisfied people already working with us.
- Annual policy reviews are not just a marketing gimmick. They are at the core of what we do – insure and protect your quality of life. Each year we offer every client a review to make sure their coverages have kept up with life’s changes and to make sure they’re not paying more than they need to.
- When you call us with a question or concern, one person takes the responsibility for getting it resolved. Unlike large impersonal call centers where you never speak to the same person twice, clients have a personal relationship with our agency. Low staff turnover allows us to create a working environment where each individual is known by name. Many of our clients appreciate the option of a face-to-face meeting especially when addressing sensitive and/or complicated matters.
- We live, work and give back to our community. Why does that matter? Because our local knowledge gives us an edge in recommending coverages and our reputation is on the line when we provide service and when you have a claim. We don’t take this lightly!
